The warehouse is now largely built, with the team completing finishing touches.
There is still some way to go on the adjoining office facility, but we see this being finished up in the next 1-2 months.
The big news is that we receive our certificate of occupancy this week and should gain access by end of April! This means we will be able to start the process of moving in, and we plan to do so from May 1.
We’ll be letting some of thewarehouse spaceto a local manufacturing business. We can’t wait to share more about who will be joining us on the new site. Hint: One of our tenants is a local manufacturer of some very COVID-safe products – more on this company, coming SOON!
We’re also in the middle of planning a Warehouse opening party for our team, customers and community network. We’re aiming for August / September 2022, so stay tuned for further details.
This build has been a mammoth effort from all involved and our project management team Wiley have been pushing for end of 2021 completion.
It was initially projected we’d see completion by mid-November, but with the rainiest season we’ve seen in years, opening day is now looking more like February/ March 2021.
The cement floor has now been poured completely. She also now wears a stunning tin roof cap – with the roof going on only a few weeks ago.
Now we move onto the finishing touches.
Our build team will shortly paint and kit out the inside of the warehouse and attached office facility with all we need to function and provide our premium end-to-end118金博宝app
Once we’ve got the inside prepped, we’ll also need to transport our machinery and stock – so it’s sure to be a mammoth start to 2022.
It’s the best Christmas present to our team and customers that we can think of! We cannot wait to show you around in 2022.
September and October have been particularly jam-packed.
Our project management team from Wiley recently completed another milestone when all main structural steel was erected.
尼国际paid us a visit with one of their largest cranes to erect the outer shell, reinforced by the heavy metal skeleton.

Our local suppliers and construction partners(See the full list below)have been working diligently to complete the earthwork and foundation stage. We successfully levelled out the ground, and scoped out the floor space, considering plumbing and power supply.
Some of the cement foundations started getting laid down early this month. It sounds counterintuitive, but the floor won’t go in until after the walls and roof are up. Next we’ll be getting a crane in to start erecting the outer shell, reinforced by a heavy metal skeleton.

Our brand-new warehouse expansion at Carole Park is in its early building stages. What looks like dirt and rubble now is rapidly transforming into a warehouse spanning some 5,000 m² of floor space, complete with office building and BBQ facilities. We’re currently on track to open by the end of 2021.
